This is the only Sale I have, I do not run an end of Season sale
The Main Mfg I order from is General Foam, I am working on adding (or have already) other Mfgs: Union, Drainage, TPI/Farley
It is an opportunity to order anything the MFG carries at reduced prices
50% down payment is required to place an order
Balance + shipping cost is due before items will ship
Payment is accepted via PayPal (5% must be added in to the total), Money order or personal check. Money orders & checks must clear my bank before items will ship - this is a min of 7-10 days after deposit
USPS Money orders are preferred & will be cashed at the PO
Once cashed your items will ship as soon as possible based on other orders
I do not have any set hours of operation. This is not a FT job or even a PT job, it is a hobby. I may not be home on any given weekend, please do not expect immediate replies to e-mails
I "close" every year from around Dec 15th-Jan 31st for Christmas & New Years
I then "close" after Easter until the start of the Pre-Order. During this time it may be 1-2 weeks before I reply to E-mails (Vacation sometimes). Normally I try to reply to E-mails within 3 days. But at times I may receive 100+ E-mails a day, so please allow time for a response - again this is a hobby
I also close around the 4th of July for up to 1 week
I do not advertise in advance when I will be on vacation

Pre-boxed items are usually not opened & are shipped as-is

Effective May 1st 2010 there will be a $1 service charge for EACH shipping estimate. I can no longer respond to the hundreds of E-mails I receive asking for a shipping quote
This must be paid by PayPal ($1.05), Check or Money order
This charge is non-fundable
If you purchase within 90 days the estimate cost(s) will be applied towards the cost of your order
Shipping costs are NEVER refundable, no exceptions
Any item that is marked "Available by Pre-Order Only" this charge may be higher for these items. Any fee charged by PayPal will only be refunded BY PayPal, no exceptions
In 3 years only 1 Pre-Order has been cancelled. I resold the items & the Customer Received a refund - there was an approx $2 PayPal fee that PayPal did not refund to the Customer
RETURNS: All items are sold as is, Mfg defects do occur, some rubbing of paint does occur in the Mfg & shipping of blow molds
Any item available by Pre-order is non-returnable
Everyone placing a Pre-Order will receive an Order number for 2010 & a special Pre-Order E-mail for contacting me for status of the 2010 Pre-Order Sale. This will allow me to reply to Pre-Order Customers faster
Halloween Pre-Orders will ship 1st (any Pre-order with Halloween items)
All customers for 2010 will receive an order number, you MUST reference your order number in the SUBJECT field of your E-mails, no exceptions
Pre-Order numbers reference: PH (Pre-Order Halloween). PC (Pre-Order Christmas)
Normal Order number reference: H (Halloween) & C (Christmas)
Once your order is placed (payment Recd) you will receive an alternate E-mail address in case you need to contact me regarding your order. This will help me separate e-mails & respond better to customers
DAMAGED/LOST in shipping: Customer must cooperate with shipper on inspection of the damaged item. You will be required to document the damage with pictures provided to me before I will open a claim. Once the shipper reimburses me for the damaged item/shipping you will be reimbursed. If the item is still in stock you may have the option of having a replacement item shipped to you once I have been reimbursed
I have only had (1) box of missing out of hundreds, it was insured & the Customer Recd a replacement piece (no added cost). A 2nd box was shipped to the wrong address by FedEx, it was never recovered - the Customer Recd a replacement piece (no added cost)
Please note if an item is delivered to your address by the shipper & is stolen by someone the shipper may not be responsible for your loss. If you have had problems in the past please request "Adult Signature Required" on delivery
Once the order is placed with the Mfg it usually takes between 3-4 weeks for delivery. The order is PAID in full to the Mfg when I place the order. You agree by placing a Pre-Order that in event the order is cancelled for any reason you must wait until the Mfg refunds the payment in order to receive a refund
