Pease Read the following before placing an Order or asking for a shipping Cost

I am located near Boston, MA on the East Coast, please keep this mind for shipping costs. Shipping costs have increased GREATLY in recent years. The shipping cost is based on the SIZE of a blow mold more so then the weight.  The bigger boxes (near 130" girth) are more expensive to ship

Effective May 1st 2010 there will be a $1 service charge for EACH shipping estimate. I can no longer respond to the hundreds of E-mails I receive asking for a shipping quote
This must be paid by PayPal ($1.05), Check or Money order
This charge is non-fundable
If you purchase within 90 days the estimate cost(s) will be applied towards the cost of your order
Cancelled Orders are subject to a $5 fee after order has been placed & paid for, No Exceptions
Pre-Orders can NOT be cancelled once the order is placed with Mfg, if cancelled (before placed w/Mfg) there is still a $5 fee

I do "close" from approx Dec 15th-Jan 31st every year for the Holidays. During this time I accept payments & orders, but they will not ship until after Jan 31st.  E-mails may not be answered during this time

I also close at other times thru the year & may be on vacation or away for the weekend. I do not post in advance when I go on vacation or away for the weekend. Please allow extra time for e-mail responses during the off season for this reason

     
For 2010 EVERYONE will Receive an order number. This order number will be generated once you have paid for your order. This includes paying the 50% down required for the Pre-Order
You MUST reference this Order number in ALL E-mails sent to me in the subject line
If you request information without referencing your order number you may not receive a reply
You MUST use the same e-mail address that you use to place the order. Do not send e-mails from different e-mail accounts. I sort & search orders based on the e-mail address & order number. If I receive an E-mail from a different account about an order I will not be able to provide any information. Please notify me in advance if you will be changing your e-mail address
     

PAYMENTS: I accept CHECK, Money Order (USPS preferred) or PayPal (5% fee added) at present
Check & Money Order - Merchandise does not ship until 7-10 days AFTER your payment has been deposited. I have seen anywhere from 1 day to 4 WEEKS for a payment to arrive by US Mail. I have no way of "knowing" if a check has cleared your account, I do wait the 7-10 days before shipping to allow checks to clear. I've never had anyone bounce a check or Recd a bad check by allowing this time frame. Please check with your bank to see if the check has cleared before contacting me for a status. If your check has cleared your bank please verify the 7-10 day waiting period has elapsed
USPS Money Order - Merchandise ships after I cash the Money Order at the Post Office - I may only be able to get to the PO on Saturdays
PayPal - Merchandise ships after payment - You MUST add in 5% to cover fees charged by PayPal

     
Usually orders ship in the order they are received. Items that are marked "Pre-Boxed" may ship 1st. All other items needs to be boxed before they are shipped. Due to the need to box (most) orders I generally can't ship items the same day or even the next day. While working a FT job usually I can only ship items a few times a week
     
All Orders are coordinated via E-mail, phone calls will never be returned - Sorry I had one person who took up hours & hours of my time on phone calls - more then any 10 other sales combined. So now its strictly E-mail - no exceptions
I do not have a home phone, my wife does (at the moment); voice mails left on her phone WILL NOT REACH ME
 

 

All items are sold as is, there is some rubbing of paint both in the production & shipping of blow molds
Any damage in shipping must be documented & you must make the item AND box available for inspection by the shipper
In order for me to open a claim you must provide pictures & details of the damage
Please note if an item is delivered to your address by the shipper & is stolen by someone the shipper may not be responsible for your loss. If you have had problems in the past please request "Adult Signature Required" on delivery - this is an added charge
